What is Farm Camp?
Reunity Farm Camp is an award-winning, immersive outdoor experience (day camp) for children. Each day at camp begins with an opening circle and move to hands-on activities based on what is happening in the growing season. Ample group games, free play, snacks and stories round out the day. Activities may include sowing, transplanting, harvesting, washing, eating and composting, journaling, natural dyeing, wild crafting, making pollinator hotels, fort building, clay/adobe play, mud kitchen, cooking, fermentation, weaving, fire building, tree climbing, singing, storytelling, water games, and more. Farm Camp 2024 Dates: June 3rd, 2024 - August 16th, 2024, 9am-3pm Scholarship applications, important camp information and payment will be found directly in the embedded registration software below. What Ages Can Attend Camp?
Kids Ages 4-14. Our camp is divided into the following groups by age.
Sprouts: 4 yo
Early Elementary: 5-6 yo
Elementary: 7-8 yo
Middle: 9-10 yo
Farm & Forest: 11-14 yo (dates: June 17-28th, July 15-26th)

Farm & Forest
This two-week program will include many of the experiences and activities that make our Farm Camp fun and unique, while also, including a greater focus on leadership development through nature and wilderness education. This camp will be an epic experience of farm, field, and forest landscape engagement while increasing one's self sufficiency through skills related to fire, forage, and farm.

Camp Tuition
Ages 4-10: $355 per week per student.
Ages 11-14: $790 for two-week cohort of Farm & Forest per student.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available at the following tiers: 50%, 75% 100%.
As an example, when you receive a 50% scholarship, the tuition owed for that student will be half. Please consider carefully what you can afford before applying for a scholarship. Our aim is to provide Farm Camp opportunities for a wide swath of students in our community. Thank you for your assistance with this goal.

Important Camp Information
Drop-Off/Pick-Up
Farm Camp is located at Reunity Resources, 1829 San Ysidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM 87507 (In the event of a rainstorm, the Farm may be accessed by West Alameda rather than Aqua Fria as when the arroyo is running the San Ysidro Crossing may be closed). For everyone’s safety, please approach and depart slowly in your vehicle.
Please drop off your child/ren fed and dressed appropriately for the range of weather the day may offer between 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Pick up is promptly between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m.
Absences
Please communicate absences via call or email to the Farm Camp Manager at 505.393.1196 (farmcamp@reunityresources.com) as soon as you are aware of them. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences of any kind, except as otherwise set forth herein. If an emergency arises, please communicate with the Farm Camp Manager about your situation.
Supplies to bring/wear each day:
Shoes that can be taken on and off independently and are comfortable for running and climbing (consider packing an extra pair if the first ones are closed-toed and get wet!)
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing that will keep you cool and covered from the sun
Water bottle
Lunch and snacks (will be stored outdoors in the shade, so please include an ice pack if needed)
Hat and/or sunglasses
Sunscreen and DEET-free insect repellent (already applied) *Much of our day will be spent in the shade, but we know how powerful the sun is here!
Towel and change of clothes for comfort after a sprinkler activity
Rain jacket or other gear in case of a summer shower
For readers, a book for use during quiet times in the orchard.
In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, masks will remain optional (full policy below)
Supplies to NOT bring/wear each day:
Electronic devices like phones/video games (for emergencies they can be left with the teacher or stored in our camp office)
Clothing that's uncomfortable, delicate, inappropriate, or must remain clean
Dangling jewelry or additional items that may snag or of value
Toys from home unless needed for comfort or requested for a specific activity
Tools and/or weapons like pocket knives: all necessary tools will be provided
Candy, energy drinks, or sugary sodas
